William Pennington

William is an Executive Coach who brings together 15+ years of coaching and 30+ years of entrepreneurial, and 10+ years of academic experiences into my professional pursuits.

He has led on a number of coaching projects to support leadership development using individual coaching, team coaching and group training.

He holds a masters degree in Coaching and Psychology, accredited coach status (ICF), leadership trainer (ILM) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
